设备介绍：
该系列包装机能完成称重计量、充填等工作。由于采用边称重边充填的设计,适用于包装精度要求高的，或密度不均匀的，流动性好的或者流动性差的粉末、小颗粒物料，如蛋白粉、药粉、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、植脂末、锂电池材料：三元、钴酸锂、磷酸铁锂，兽药、葡萄糖、碳粉、染料、香精香料等。

Equipment introductions:
This series of packaging machines can accomplish the measuring, filling and other functions. The weighing and filling are carried out simultaneously, it is applicable for powder and small granule which have high-precision or non-uniform density and good fluidity or poor fluidity. such as protein powder, powder, food additives, feed additives, non-dairy fat, lithium battery materials: ternary, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium iron phosphate, veterinary drugs, glucose, toner, dyes, flavors and spices.

设备特征：
       1.本机采用可编程控制器（PLC)、高速工控组态软件进行实时监控的控制，使用调节方便。
       2.每个灌装头都有称重和反馈系统，能对每个头的灌装量进行灌装量设置和单个微量调整。
       3.光电传感器、接近开关等都是先进的传感元件，做到无桶不灌装、堵桶主机会自动停机并报警。
       4.灌装方式为下潜式，可有效减少泡沫的产生，可以满足不同特性物料的灌装。
       5.整机按GMP标准要求制作，各管路连接采用快装方式，拆卸清洗方便，与物料接触部位及外露部位均采用优质不锈钢制造。整机安全、环保、安全、美观、能适应各种不同环境工作。

Equipment features：
       1. This machine adopts PLC, high speed software to implement real time control, easy to use and adjust.
       2.Each filling head has a weighing and feedback system which can set the filling amount of each head and achieves fine tune.
       3.Photoelectric sensor, proximity switch and so on are advanced sensor components, including realizing no pail no filling, the filling system will pause automatically and send an alarming signal when there is pail jam.
       4. The diving filling can effectively reduce the foam and fulfill different meterials which has different characteristics.
       5. GMP standard, stainless steel structure, environmental protection, safety and good looking, it's suitable for different working environment and all pipe connections are covnenient to dismantle and clean.
